ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rameswarar, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the first respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Petitioner claims to be the resident of Kondalam Village and Panchayat has come forward to file this writ petition alleging that the second respondent, who is the elected President of the said Village Panchayat is engaged in malpractice. It is not known as to how, the petitioner has gathered all these details and prima facie it appears that the petitioner is canvassing the case of some body else, who has got serious grievance against the second respondent. However, it is for the concerned authority to look into the matter and no Writ of Mandamus as prayed for could be issued. Hence, this writ petition is closed. However, this order will not prevent the petitioner from pursuing his representation pending before the concerned authority. No costs.
