2. The proposed respondents have been duly served and their names have been printed in the cause list.

3. This application has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 4 to 6 as respondents 4 to 6 in O.P.No.426 of 2020.

4. Having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed as prayed for.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of today's order and file an amended copy of the petition and serve the same on the respective respondents' counsel.
