This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking certain amendment in the prayer of the above Writ Petition.

The petitioner has been empanelled in the panel only as per the directions of this Court. The petitioner got benefited out of the orders of this Court. The only contention of the petitioner is that as per the panel, the promotion order has not been given to her. For that purpose only, she has filed the above Writ Petition.

3. In such case, I feel that this Miscellaneous Petition is unnecessary.

Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
