O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to investigate the case on the basis of FIR in Crime No.743 of 2018 and to file final report before the concerned court within the stipulated period.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said Crime No.1321 of 2017 on 20.06.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
