This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Court below to entertain the application filed by the petitioner under Section 451 of Cr.P.C. and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before the Court. 3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner and to deal with the same in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
