ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of encroachment of the public land by the fourth respondent is sought to be denied. We are thus of the view that the first respondent will look into the issue and take a decision in accordance with law, after getting the site inspected https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and after notice to all concerned within a period of three months of the receipt of this order.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
