This Court, while disposing of the above Criminal Revision on 10.10.2023 directed the trial Court to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur through his letter dated 12.01.2024 in D.No.163/2024 has prayed for extension of two months time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019 pending on his file, since the order passed by this Court dated 10.10.2023 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for petitioner/A3 submits that in this case the trial is almost completed, all the witnesses examined, the case is at the stage of arguments and in any event, within a period of two weeks the arguments and other process would be completed.

rsi 4.Considering the request made by the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further one month's time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur.

5.Accordingly, further period of one month's time is granted to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 10.10.2023. 28.03.2024 rsi Crl.
