ORDER

The petitioner has given an objection vis-a-vis the electrical supply provided to the fourth respondent, for which a pole has been erected in the property of the fourth respondent, but the overhead line passes over the balcony of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed an objection to the same, and it is pending before the third respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the electric line is drawn in terms of the provisions of the Telegraph Act, and that the petitioner has also complied both with vertical and horizontal clearance contemplated as per the norms.

3. The petitioner now circulates a communication dated 12.05.2023, wherein 2/4

the third respondent appears to require a direction from this Court for what is required to do in law.

4. In view of the fact that the matter is taken up for consideration, the third respondent is now required to bestow his best attention in the matter and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2022 pending on his desk, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
