This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to assign House site Patta to Door No.11/1, House site No.9 measuring 51 sq.metre in Dry S.No.659/4 Grama Natham Proromboke land at Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. The petitioner belong to Adhi Dravidar Scheduled caste and he came into occupation of the house site plot in the year 1984 and for the past 32 years, he has been in occupation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said house site. The occupation of the petitioner has also been acknowledged by Revenue Department as well as by the Panchayat Board. The petitioner has been demanding assignment for the said property. But the same has not been considered by the respondent and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents, to dispose of the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
