Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act (Transport) in Crime No.920 of 2015.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Petitioner is alleged to have dealt with 110 liters of I.D.Arrack. Case property seized. She has one previous case.

5. Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant her anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under;

(i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Nagapattinam, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
