(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This petition is filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 05.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P. No.42648 of 2016.

Contempt Petition No.1517 of 2019 2.It is seen from records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.11.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court has observed that there was no wilful disobedience involved. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, whenever the matter was listed, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court, which shows that the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter. Finding his continuous non appearance, this Contempt petition stands closed.
