(CR.NO.349 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dated at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7652 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10857 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7652 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10857 of 2021 on 11.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
