This petition has been filed for extension of time for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9236 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.11783 of 2024 order dated 27.06.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is suffering from severe spondylitis and therefore, he is unable to furnish the surety in time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
