(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Chandrakanthan, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special

Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6.

2. The petitioner seeks directions against respondents 1 to 4 and 6 to provide road for the tribal villages from Siruvachur via Jadayagounder Beet Kappu Kadu - Ranganathampuram Down Hills to Settur and Settur to Pudur, Salem District.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the road work related to this case is fully completed and the petitioner has also issued a letter to that effect.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.28375 and 28407 of 2019 are closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C., J.) 02.02.2024 Index :
