This application has been filed to condone the delay of 55 days in representing the application filed to condone the delay in filing the written statement.

2.Heard Mr.V.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Chandini Pradeep, learned counsel for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this application subject to the payment of costs. The applicant/defendant is directed to pay cost of Rs.2,500/- [Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only] before the State legal Services Authority on or before 20.12.2021. In the meantime, Registry is directed to number the application pending in D.No.74357/2021 and post the same on 21.12.2021.
