Crl.O.P.No.18912 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention Act), in Crime No.721 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was running a brothel by engaging five victims and the victims have been secured by the respondent Police. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the he is no way connected with the alleged offence and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

vkr 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate and perused the entire materials available on record.

6.This Court taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is the owner of the spa, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
