(CRIME NOS.877 & 876 OF 2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.20370 & 20374/2021 dated 29/10/2021 as direct the petitioner to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur instead of report before the respnodent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.10.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has not complied the conditions as imposed by this Court and not appeared before the respondent Police.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Unless, the petitioner appears before the respondent Police, they may not able to complete the investigation in an effective manner.
