The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.M.T.Mohan Advocate for the Petitioner herein; and of Mr.C.T.Ramesh, Special Government Pleader(Pondy), appearing for the respondents herein; and upon perusing the Application and affidavit of R.Buvanesvari, filed herein ; the Court made the following order:-

"The order dated 09.01.2020 has been compiled with and it is stated that Dr.P.Thambidurai / 3rd respondent in the writ petition has been relieved from Perunthalaivar Kamaraj Institute of Engineering and Technology, Puducherry. In this regard, Mr. C.T.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader, Pondy has passed on relevant papers for perusal of the Court.

The statements of Mr.M.T.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.T.Ramesh, learned standing counsel for the respondent, are recorded and since nothing survives in this contempt petition, the same is closed.
