ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 302, 341 IPC @ 120B, 147, 148, 302 and 341 IPC in Crime No.615 of 2021, seeks bail.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that due to previous enmity, the petitioners had attacked the defacto complainant and his father with deadly and killed his father by inflicting knife injuries. Hence this complaint.
3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.Nos.18247 and 20991 of 2021 were passed by this Court on 01.10.2021 and 09.11.2021.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
