O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records pending on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.I,Erode in STC No. 172 of 2016 and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner has raised various grounds touching upon the facts of the case for the purpose of quashing the impugned proceedings. One of the grounds raised by the petitioner is that the impugned cheques were filled up by the complainant himself and that the petitioner had not issued the cheques during that point of time.

3. It is needless to point out that all these grounds needs to be elucidated at the time of trial. This Court, exercising its powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C cannot go into the facts of the case and such grounds can be established after due trial. It is open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds in the present petition at the time of arguments or during the course of the trial.

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
