ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested by the respondent police for offence under Sections 366 of I.P.C r/w Sec.5(g), 6, 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.2 of 2020, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had kidnapped the victim girl and raped her. Hence the complaint.
3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on the ground that the petitioner has committed heinous offence.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition.
