Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2.Learned Government Advocate made a statement on instructions that the petitioner has made his application for quality certificate to the wrong entity. 3.The petitioner is now required to make his application to the right entity to the first respondent. Upon receiving which, the first respondent is required to issue the quality certificate, if the papers are in order. Since the tender closes on 24.08.2023, the authority concerned is required to provide the certificate by 22.08.2023.

4.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
