Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to credit the margin money / subsidy of Rs.90,000/- to the petitioner's loan account No.09190600001038 on 19.10.2009 i.e., after two years from the date of disbursement of loan as per KVIC Margin Money Scheme under which the loan was sanctioned and reverse the excess interest charged on the loan amount equivalent to the margin money amount.
