This application is filed by the 1st defendant to correct the spelling in his name.

2.In the plaint, the 1st defendant's name is given as S.Prabakaran now it is sought to be corrected as S.Prabhakaran, this correction is required to be carried out both in the plaint as well as in the preliminary decree.
