Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue the Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for closing the Fish Shop viz. M/s.N.V.A. Fish Shop at No.94(5), Vivekananda Main Road, (Md. Hussain Nagar), Kolathur, Chennai 600 099 based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2019.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Corporation as well as private parties.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that fifth respondent is running a fish shop without licence and causing nuisance to the public. After the notice, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Corporation reported that notice has been issued to the fifth respondent to remove the fish shop and a detail counter is also filed, reporting the removal of the fish shop from the said premises. After the notice, the counsel appearing for the fifth respondent also endorsed the submission of the Corporation, stating that he has removed his fish stall from the above address and converted the same as his residence.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
