] Learned counsel for the petitioner would bring to the notice of this Court that in respect of A.No.4559 of 2021 in C.S.No.185 of 2014, two different orders are passed on the same day and therefore, there is a delay in getting the order copy. As per on-line copy, there is no delay but insofar as certified copy is concerned, there is a delay. However, in the event of reckoning the date of passing of the order, there is a delay.

2. Be that as it may, since two different orders are passed in the same application on the same day, this Court is inclined to look into the merits involved in the present case. Thus, the delay stands condoned.

Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
