ORDER
The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in favour of first petitioner in respect of the securities held by Late Rajalakshmi V, who died intestate on 15.10.2023. The petitioners are the daughter and son of the deceased. The parents and husband of the deceased predeceased her. 1/4
2. The first petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificates of the deceased Rajalakshmi V and her husband as Ex.P1 and Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased as Ex.P2. The Aadhaar card of the first petitioner as Ex.P5 and the passport of the second petitioner as Ex.P6. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased Rajalakshmi V. 3.The assertions in the petition have been duly proved by adducing oral evidence supported by documents. In these circumstances, the petitioners are entitled to the releif.
4. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner, with the power to collect the securities and receive the interest and dividends mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
