The present application has been filed to issue Sub-Poena to the Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India, RACPC, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 102 or any authorised signatory, representing the said Bank, may be summoned to appear before this Hon'ble Court and to produce all the records, relating to the Loan transactions, including the sanction and disbursal of loan amount and the subsequent SARFAESI proceedings, pertaining to the Account No.35258300397 of the second respondent, in claim petition in A.No.1877 of 2025. 2.M/s.A.Shabnam Banu, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.L.Murali Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and they submitted that they have no objection in allowing this application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3610 of 2025 in E.P.No.20 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for. 28.07.2025 (1/2) kak Note to Registry:

(i) Subpoena shall be issued for the appearance of the witness on 11.08.2025.

(ii) Necessary process shall be done within a period of three days from today.
