Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the second respondent relating to the impugned enquiry report bearing Ref.Nil and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to forward the complaint of the petitioner to such committee as may be constituted/directed by this Hon'ble Court for fresh enquiry and direct the respondents to take further action including disciplinary and criminal action as per the findings of such independent enquiry in accordance with law.
