The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the Chief Educational Officer, Tiruvannamalai, the third respondent herein, to review and reconsider the order of suspension passed vide Rc.No.11875/B2/2024, dated 09.11.2024 through consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 2/5
09.11.2024, the petitioner was placed under suspension from 13.08.2024 as per order of the third respondent. Therefore, to review the suspension, he has sent a representation to the third respondent, which is yet to be considered.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission, without going to merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above 3/5
