2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 19.09.2024 and no further time shall be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
