The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22622 of 2021 was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 26.11.2021 wherein, in paragraphs 5 and 6, it is wrongly mentioned as if the case bundle was recovered. But the fact remains that the accused damaged the bundle and thrown it into the garbage. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), paragraphs 5 and 6 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.22622 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 is to be read as follows:
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is almost completed and as per confession of A4, the accused damaged the case bundle and thrown it into the garbage and that the other accused are still absconding.

6. Taking into consideration, the nature of offence and the submissions made by both the Counsels, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions;
