O R D E R
The criminal original petition is filed by the petitioners/ Accused Nos.11 to 14, seeking to relax the condition imposed by the CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, vide order dated 22.07.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court below, while granting bail to the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.4065/2019 in Cr.No.17/2019, had imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioners/A11 to A-14 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders and subsequently, had modified the said condition in Crl.MP.No.3540/2019, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the said Court had further modified the condition and directed the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent police on every Friday at 5 p.m. until further orders vide Crl.MP.No.3907/2019. said order, the present petition is filed seeking relaxation. 3.The learned counsel would submit that the petitioners are the sole breadwinner of their families and that the investigation in the present case is almost over and it is in the stage of filing of charge sheet. He would submit that the condition imposed on the co-accused, was totally relaxed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8181/2019 and prays for appropriate orders. 4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and he reported that the petitioners have been complying with the modified condition imposed by the Court below. 5.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by order dated 22.07.2019 by the Court below in Crl.MP.No.3907/2019 is hereby modified and the petitioners / A11 to A14 are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
6.The petition is ordered accordingly.
