ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners directing them to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankagiri, once in a month, by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2025.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are not complying the conditions imposed by this Court and they are not appearing before Court regularly. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and also the fact that the petitioners were directed to appear before the Court below only once in a month, this Court 2/4

is not inclined to relax the condition as sought for by the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
