The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to cancel the Mortgage-Deed dated 28.01.1981 bearing Document No. 224 of 1981 in the office of the Fourth Respondent and register it as entire amount due has been fully repaid by the Petitioner in that regard. 3.

It has been brought to notice that in furtherance to the order dated 27.09.2022 passed by the Court, the documents relating to the properties of the Petitioner have been returned to the First to Third Respondents and the cancellation of the Mortgage-Deed has been registered and proof for the same has been produced. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
