This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.88 of 2021, dated 07.09.2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch Team XXV, Chennai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein in A2 in Cr.No.88 of 2021 and he died on 07.05.2023. To that effect, he has produced the death certificate of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as charges against the petitioner got abated. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
