CRL.O.P.No.26970 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Offences alleged are under sections 341, 294(b), 392, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.247 of 2016.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have robbed money from the defacto complainant.

He is having no previous case.

5. Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks.
