The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue an interim injunction restraining the respondents not to issue patta to anybody till the Resurvey of petitioner's land bearing Survey No.53/2A and pending disposal of the above writ petition.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim injunction.

Accordingly this interim injunction petition is dismissed.
