Vs DURAI GOPI @ GOPIRAJAN [ RESPONDENT/PETITIONER ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend further period of one month time to complete the investigation and to file the final report Nagapattinam CBCID Cr.No.02/2019 and also to comply the direction of this Hon`ble Court passed in Crl.M.P.No.9064 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21151 of 2018, dated 13.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.VINOTH RAJA Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for the petitioners and of MR.L.POOVENDRA PERUMAL COUNSEL on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed by the State to grant extension of time to file the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that since the Investigating Officer has to collect some more evidences to complete the investigation, the final report could not filed in time as directed by this Court and seeks for a month's time to complete the investigation.

3. In the light of the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the time granted by this Court on 13.09.2021 is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
