ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC in Cr.No.587 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant conducted an un-recognised chit and the petitioner is alleged to have taken the chit amount in advance and thereafter, failed to repay the amount. Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has been registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that this is the second bail application of the petitioner. It is proved that the petitioner is cheated the chit amount for a sum of Rs.8 Lakhs. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that huge amount involved in this case and there is no change of circumstances and considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, the Criminal OP. dismissed.
