Prayer: PETITION filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notification No.1/2019 dated 07.03.2019 issued by the 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently directing respondents to pass orders for permanent absorption of petitioner in the existing vacancies to the post of Forest Watchers as per the orders passed in W.A.Nos.354 and 355 of 2016 dated 05.04.2018 and by extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.76 Environment and Forests Department dated 07.06.2010, within the time frame.

2. This addresses the grievance of the petitioners. However, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the date of such regularisation should be dated back and that therefore the regularisation order dated 22.08.2023 will have to be questioned.
