Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 26.12.2022 in view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.742 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti and conduct fair and proper investigation.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to register the FIR based upon the directions passed in Crl.M.P.No.742 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint, a FIR was registered in Crime No.370 of 2023 on 22.08.2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 420 of IPC. A copy of the FIR was also furnished before this Court.
