2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 11.07.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner subject to conditions. However, in the petition, the offence in Crime No.18 of 2025 has been wrongly mentioned as Sections 417 and 376(2) of IPC instead of Sections 417 and 376(1) of IPC. 3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to modify the offences mentioned in paragraph 1 of the order dated 11.07.2025 as per the First Information Report in Crime No.18 of 2025 i.e., as Sections 417 and 376(1) of IPC and issue fresh copy of the order.
