Prayer:
W.P.No.19830 of 2010 Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5197/2007/ML3 dated 30.10.2009 in so far as the scale of pay mentioned in the impugned order is concerned and the consequential recovery order issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5197/2007/MC3 dated 11.08.2010 and quash both the impugned orders in so far as the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to give pay protection to the petitioner at the time of absorption.
W.P.No.19831 of 2010 Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order issued by the second respondent in G.O.(3D) No.845, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Ma.Na.4) Department dated 03.12.2010 insofar as para 2 sub clause 3 is concerned and the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5197/2001/MC3 dated 16.07.2009 insofar as the scale of pay mentioned in the impugned order is concerned and the consequential recovery order issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5197/2007/MC3 dated 11.08.2010 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to give pay protection to the petitioner at the time of absorption.
