Challenging the entry available in online portal that petitioner's request for transfer of patta was rejected, the petitioner has come by way of this writ petition.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that on 22.08.2024, the request of the petitioner for sub division and transfer of patta was rejected by a detailed order.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced the copy of the detailed order passed by the Tahsildar. Since the detailed order passed by the 3rd respondent is produced before this Court, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same before the appellate authority, namely the second respondent, in the manner known to law. 2/4

4. With this liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. The 3rd respondent is directed to communicate the order to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
