(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025 and to cancel the election process conducted on 17.02.2025 and to conduct a fresh and fair election as per proper norms and regulations.

2. Since the grievance of the petitioner herein against the conduct of the election may involve disputed facts, this Court, in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, will not be a proper forum to adjudicate such dispute.
