Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the order of this Court dated 30.01.2018 in W.P.No.27519 of 2016, nothing survives in this case and this petition has become infructuous. Necessary endorsement is made in the petition.
