This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the J.M-II, Ponamallee and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the trial has commenced, and also submits that he would raise all his points before the Trial Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Public Prosecutor submits that 7 witnesses have been cited in the final report, and their trial had commenced.

4. Since the trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition at this stage in the facts and circumstances of the case. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 2/4
