CRL.O.P.No.26986 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail.
2. Offences alleged are under sections 399 of I.P.C. in Crime No.477 of 2016.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have planned to commit robbery. He is having one previous case.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is a put up case and in previous case, he has already been granted bail.
6. Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
7. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner;
(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallu II, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;
(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
(iv) Petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallu II, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks.
