ORDER
Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is already represented by the Government Advocate that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.92 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 386, 506(ii) IPC, 3 & 4 of Exorbitant Interest Act and also under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act against the counter petitioner and following the same, the police had taken proper action based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in the criminal original petition. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is closed.
